Partners & Sponsors

We're looking for partners for 2027. Deals run for a whole season or a whole event, so your name is up at every round.

In 2026, between 137 and 169 riders raced at every League round, and loads of them were kids racing with their families. We've been running since 2014, from under-7s right up to elite.

These businesses back the racing, so if you need what they sell, please shop with them. Some of the links below are referral links, which means MTB east may get a small commission at no extra cost to you.

How we're growing

Taken from our own results. Switch what the chart shows, tap a bar for that season, or pick a season to see each race day.

In 2019 we averaged 77 riders per race day. In 2026* it was 154. 54% of entries in 2026* were under-16s, up from 37% in 2022, so lots of families come along.

* A note on 2026

In late 2025 our son was diagnosed with cancer, and for a time we did not know whether we would be able to run the series in 2026. We chose to go ahead with a scaled-back season, so the 2026 figures are not a like-for-like comparison with earlier years.

Seasons have not all had the same number of race days, so season totals (different riders, race entries) are bigger in a longer season. 2025 had 10 race days; 2021 had 5. Riders per race day is the like-for-like measure.

Riders with a recorded result, from MTB east's own results archive. Seasons before 2019 (faint bars) come from older spreadsheets and are likely incomplete. There was no racing in 2020. The youth share is shown from 2022, when category names became consistent.

  • Main Jersey Sponsor, £600 (1 slot): logo placed centrally on both the Elite Male and Elite Female League Leader jerseys, for the full season
  • Minor Jersey Sponsor, £250 each (2 slots): smaller logo placement on both jerseys, alongside the main sponsor

Reach: Worn at every round by both League leaders, front and centre in every podium photo, video and results post

Jerseys are produced by our existing kit supplier. We'll need your artwork/logo in advance and will send a proof before anything goes into production. Strictly limited to 1 main and 2 minor slots, allocated first come, first served.

Product & in-kind partners

Not every partnership needs to be a banner

By arrangement

  • Credit on the results sheet, the website and one thank-you post
  • Your product handed out at sign-on, a feed point, or as finish-line/finals prizes for riders and marshals, whatever suits what you make
  • A rider discount code, if that fits your business better than free product

Reach: Shaped around what you can offer, from a single round to the whole season

For nutrition, tools, apparel, services or anything else our riders and volunteers would genuinely use. No fixed price or package, get in touch and we'll figure out a fit together.

What would it reach?

Pick a level and a season to see roughly how many riders would see your branding, and what that works out at per rider.

Based on 7 League rounds × 154 riders.

What you get

  • Name (and logo, if supplied) on a single shared Community Partners board, displayed at every League round. No individual banner to produce
  • Listed on the Community Partners page of the MTB east website
  • Included in one group thank-you post at the end of the season

For comparison, £100 works out at about £0.09 per rider appearance, £0.35 per different rider.

A rider appearance is one rider at one race day, counted from riders with a recorded result. Families, spectators and online views aren't counted, and 2027 may turn out busier or quieter than the season you pick.
